Helen (Nancy) Boyles
Helen (Nancy) Boyles, 81, of Akron, passed away December 5, 2008. Nancy was born on June 27, 1927 in Weston, West Virginia. She retired from Edwin Shaw Hospital after many years as a physical therapist aide. She was a past president of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 8975 and a member of the Eagles 555, the Army Navy Club, and the Moose Lodge. In her free time, she enjoyed playing euchre and spending time with family and friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert C. Boyles and close friend, Michael Mikuliak. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Linda Harris; granddaughters, Angela Harris and Nancy (Dave) Oliva; and other relatives and friends. Nancy is now joined with her favorite dog, Lucky and will be missed by her dog, Scooter and cat, Lily. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 1 followed by a 1 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
