Helen K. Brown

Helen Kathryn Brown, age 82, of Wadsworth, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday May 11, 2024. She was born on June 8, 1941 in Charleston, West Virginia to Jeremiah Walker and Gladys Catherine (Norman) Meadows. She married Adam Brown in 1956 in Charleston, West Virginia. They moved to Ohio in 1959.She retired from Cambridge Home Health Care. Helen was an avid gardener and cook. With her husband, they have had The Music Barn on their property for 47 years.

Survived by husband of 67 years Adam; children Adam Paul (Candy Renee) Brown, Henry Ernest (Cindy) Brown, Rachel K. (Mark Freeman) Brown; grandchildren Adam Paul (Amanda Bluebaugh) II, Crystal Ann (Brian Luette) Brown, Brittany K. Brown, Jacob James Brown, Theresa Marie Brown, Luke Anthony Brown, Elijah Michael Brown, Sarah Catherine (Aaron Weinberg) Mortier and Andrew McKinley Mortier; great-grandchildren Adam Paul Brown III, Hunter Yost, Carter Luette, Liam Luette; and sister-in-law Rachel Walker.

Visitation will be Wednesday May 15th 5-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday May 16th at 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Alfred Davis officiating. Final resting place is Sharon Center Cemetery.

The family will also have a celebration on Saturday June 8th at 2 PM at The Music Barn.
