Helen Marie LeBorgne

Helen Marie LeBorgne, 87, of Tallmadge, passed away on November 24, 2024. She was born in Corey, PA on May 2, 1937 to the late George and Mary {Stetz} Petruska. 

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her longtime love and father of her sons, Joseph LeBorgne, son Todd LeBorgne and nephew Michael Stricko.

Helen is survived by her loving sons, Mark (Mary), George (Teresa) and Josh LeBorgne; grandchildren Jennifer LeBorgne, Mark (Tiana) LeBorgne, Kristy (Cody) Brackett, Allison (Tyler Starling) LeBorgne, Emily (Cody Clark) LeBorgne and Todd (Lindy Trenoff) LeBorgne; great-grandchildren Luna and Forest Brackett, Alice, Parker, Tate and Tanner LeBorgne; sister Marion Stricko; nephews William Stricko, Dave (Joyce) Stricko and Danny (Donna Farage) Stricko and their families. 

Helen was a licensed beautician for over 40 years, and she made many dear friends during her career. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, especially mystery novels. Helen showed her love by cooking delicious dishes for family and friends, and her recipes were coveted by many.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305 on Tuesday, December 3rd from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service that begins at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Tallmadge Cemetery, where Helen will be laid to rest.
