Helen M. Reninger, 89, passed away October 7, 2022. Born in Jewett, Ohio to Alva and Olive (Simmons) Long, she resided in the Suffield Township and Akron areas most of her adult life. Helen enjoyed country music, watching TV, listening to talk radio and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Reninger; siblings, Eva Lendon, Clyde Long, Lois Powell. Helen will be sadly missed by her children, Fred Reninger, Greg Reninger, Rich (Cindy) Reninger, Kathy (Brian Sr.) Musser; grandchildren, Jared (Marin), Brian Jr., Ruth; sister, Elsie Warner; nephew, David Warner as well as other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will be having a celebration of Helen's life in the spring of 2023, date and place to be announced. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Helen's name to a charity of their choice.
