Helen was called to heaven on May 12, 2017 with the comfort of her family by her side. Born in Elkins, WV on June 12, 1949 to Guy and Mary Ware, Helen was full of life and always had a smile for anyone she met.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Mary Ware; brothers, James Ware, Stanley Ware, Calvin Ware; sisters, Maxine White, Donna Jean Petrus, Yvonne Ware.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Simon; children, Barb (Ron) Simon, Donald Simon, Lisa Simon; sisters, Earastine (Delmar) Arbogast, Pauline Brown; brothers, Cameron Ware,Paul (Judy) Ware; many grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 1-3 followed by a 3:00 p.m. funeral service at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44305 (330) 784-3334.
