Henry Thomas Belenski, 62, of Akron, passed away October 26, 2009 after a lengthy illness. Henry was born in Barberton on November 10, 1946 to the late Henry and Emma Belenski. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Janet; son, Fred Belenski (Anita Carson); daughter, Holly Steele; grandchildren, Jessie, Sarah, and Cassey Belenski, Stephanie Prather, Eric and Erin Wargo; great-granddaughter, Adrianna Nicole; brother, Dave Belenski (Jane); brother-in-law, Marshall (Sherry) Roop; sister-in-law, Gail Powell; aunt and uncle, Don and Beverly Roop; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday from 1-3 followed by a 3 p.m. memorial service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd.
