Hollen (Buck) Jarvis, 75, of Akron, OH went home to be with the lord on March 17, 2009. Born in Ohio on Oct. 8, 1933 to Ray & Ada Jarvis. Preceded in death by parents, Ray & Ada Jarvis; brothers, Bernie and Ronzel; and daughter, Bonnie Cottrill. Hollen is survived by sister, Tresse Sharp; sons, Steve (Vicki) Jarvis of Akron and Raymond Jarvis of W. Va; daughter, Debra (Glen) Alexander of Akron; step-daughter, Tammy Sears; 7 grandchildren; 2 great–grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; close friends and neighbors. Buck will be missed by all who knew him, especially the children. Cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service on March 21, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at God's House of Grace Church, 13th and Witner Ave. in Kenmore with Pastor Emlous Lattea officiating.
