Howard "Buck" Richards, 79, passed away peacefully on Dec. 23, 2020. He was born in Holcomb, West Virginia on July 27, 1941 to John Howard Richards and Reba Jane Richards. He built a family, a warm home and a full life in Norton, Ohio. Buck was never happier than sharing good food with loved ones on his front porch. His sunny grin and infectious laugh will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Preceded in death by his son, Charles Richards and his wife, Carolyn S. Richards, he is survived by his son Michael (Linda) Richards, daughters, Cynthia Richards and Sara (Jason) Richards-Oliver, granddaughters, Heather and Brandi Richards and five great-grandchildren. Due to the pandemic, a private celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
