Imogene Roepke
September 7, 1923 — January 14, 2021
Imogene Roepke, age 97, of Akron, Ohio, died on January 14, 2021 at Homestead Gentlebrook in Hartville.
She was born in Huntington, WV, the daughter of the late Walter and Beulah Sallie (nee Springston) Earl.
Mrs. Roepke was a graduate of Huntington East High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and playing cards. FORGET IT!!!
Survivors include her children, Bonnie (Steve) Hutnik and William (Sandra) Roepke; her son-in-law, Frank Kline; her grandchildren, Christopher (Carrie) Kline, Deirdre (Rob) Williams, Karen and Lisa; and several great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents, Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, William Roepke; and her daughter, Carol Kline.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
We do ask all that attend that everyone ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND WEAR A MASK.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one's favorite charity in Imogene's memory.
