June Barron, 76, passed away on June 3, 2005. June retired after 27 years from Amtek-Lamb Electric Co. She enjoyed crafts, fishing, and playing Bingo. Preceded in death by her parents and sisters. Survivors include her husband Kenneth; son Kenneth (Kathryn); daughters Sandra (Jerry) LaChance, Shelley Bailes, and Jean Barron; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous other family members. The family would like to extend special thanks to Jane, Mandy from Visiting Nurse Service, and all of June's medical caregivers for their special care and support. Calling hours will be Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Portage County Visiting Nurse Service.
