Jack John Florek, 68, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Jack, or "Jakebrake" as known by his friends was born on August 3, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joseph and Simone (DeMey) Florek.
Jack discovered his passion for golf at a very young age. He carried his love of the game throughout his life spending much of his spare time on the course. He was also an avid, accomplished pool player and loved tournament playing.
He leaves behind brothers Frank (Donna), Terry (Janet), beloved nieces Chaney, Lindsay, (Jake),
Taylor, nephew Zachary as well as close cousins and friends. Those of us who knew him will miss his quick wit and sharp one liners.
Jack will be cremated and services will not be held. The family will hold a private gathering in honor of his memory. To leave a message for Jack's family, please scroll below.
