Jacob K. Ward

Jacob K. Ward, 49, passed away on January 23, 2022. He was born on August 18, 1972 the son of Marvin and Karen Ward Sr. He graduated from Field High School with the class of 1991. He was employed for many years with Ryder. Jacob enjoyed the outdoors and hunting with his family and friends. He had many accomplishments but his greatest was his love for his family.
He was preceded in death by his father Marvin Ward Sr.; and brother Christopher Ward.
Jacob is survived by his mother Karen L. Ward; siblings Marvin (Lisa) Ward Jr., Antoinette (David) Ward, Marion (Lisa) Ward, and Karl (Terri) Ward; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday February 6, 2022 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd. Akron) with friends and family sharing fond memories at 1:00 PM.
