James C. "Jim" Blythe, age 73 of Akron passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020. He was born on January 29, 1947, the son of the late James and Marie {Fisher} Blythe.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Bob.
Jim will be dearly missed by his children Debbie and Jimmy (Danielle); grandchildren Brandon, Ashley and Preston; great-grandchildren Zander, Bryson and Ryker; sister Jean; friend Twila; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Per Jim's wishes, cremation will take place, and a graveside service will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44312.
