James Lee Fazenbaker

James Lee Fazenbaker, 77, passed away at home Friday, February 23, 2024. Born in Meyersdale, PA to Homer Fazenbaker and Pearl Lee, he resided in the Akron, OH area all of his adult life. Jim was a proud Veteran of both the Army and Navy, serving two terms in Vietnam. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed country music, watching action movies and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Bruce and Walter Fazenbaker, Ruth Venham. He will be sadly missed by siblings, David (Sue) Fazenbaker, Linda (Mike) Ginther; brother-in-law, Gary Venham; special son, Brian Crosson; special granddaughter, Nicki (Karles); hunting partners, Morris (Donna) Hoover; numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal services. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Jim's name to Endangered Wildlife.
