James William Huber "Jim"
James William Huber, 54, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009 after a year's battle with ill health. He was born in Akron, Ohio on September 21, 1955 to Loretta June Huber and lived on Medina Line Rd. throughout his school years with his Mom and Dad, Loretta and Cy Huber. He attended Copley High School and was active on the football and track teams. He is survived by his wife, Angelica; mother, Loretta; daughter and son-in-law, Mya and Greg Gunter; son Andrew Huber; three grandchildren, Timothy (8), Matthew (4), and Ariella (8 weeks); sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Larry Whytsell; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is already missed very much. He worked and retired from the Akron Schools Custodial Service and later worked in Arizona and Utah in a similar capacity. Calling hours will be Friday from 6-8:30 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Calling hours will be Saturday from 11-12 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 735 N. Revere Rd., Akron, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 525 N.
