James Ronald "Ron" Silcox

James Ronald Silcox, 73, of Akron, passed away on June 15, 2024. He was born in Gattalin, TN on July 1, 1950 to the late Ina B. Scott and James Dixon Silcox.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother David Silcox and sister Brenda Ritchey.

Ron is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; children Jordan (Lawrence) Christopher, Bethany (Seth) Woodford, Scott (Wendy) Silcox, Tiffani Silcox (Mark); grandchildren Trinity, Ava, Levi, Matthew, Jason, Kedryn, Nathan, C.J., Caitlen, Samantha, Riley; great-grandchildren Elijah, Harper, Bella, Arwyn, Lavender Finley, Azmondius, Logan and Mackenzie; sister Vicky (Gaines) May; brothers-in-law Ken (Toni) Meffert and Keith (Sue) Meffert; sister-in-law Debbie McKeever.
