James "Jim" Spindler, 68, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on September 3, 2022, from an exhausting battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
James was born to parents Frank and Faye, on September 3, 1954, in Bedford, Ohio. James was a man of many trades, he worked mostly in the sheet metal industry until he was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. He loved golfing, fishing, watching a variety of sporting events, and most of all spending time with his beloved family.
James is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Faye, and sister Janet. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 43 years, Nellie; daughters Molly (Matt) Duda, Melissa (Dakota) Jarvis, and Melinda (Brian) Flohr; Grandchildren Asher, Sydney, Macie, Owen, Carter and baby Duda on the way; Brothers Frank (Marge) Spindler, Dennis (Jackie) Spindler, Robert Spindler, and William Spindler; Sister Judy Spindler; and several nieces and nephews.
James will be honored in a celebration of life service on September 10th 2022. Visiting hours is 10:00am- 11:00am, with a service at 11:00am at Grace Church, 754 Ghent Rd. Akron, OH 44333.
