Jane Louise Hazelton, 72, of Tallmadge, went home to be with the Lord on September 18, 2011. She was born in DuBois, Pennsylvania on October 9, 1938. Jane was a longtime member of the Southeast Church of the Nazarene. She was devoted to her family and was a mom and grandma to many adopted children over the years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Charlotte Lewis and her loving husband, D. Ray Hazelton. She will be deeply missed by her sons, Rev. Paul (Jacki) Hazelton of Pickens Chapel, AR and Daniel (Connie) Hazelton of Cuyahoga Falls; daughters, Janet (Jay) Watson of Kingsport, TN and Beverly Hazelton (Desirae) of Mogadore; sister, Betty (Bill) Johnson of Montana; grandchildren, Matthew (Michelle), Laura, Mark, and Anna; great-grandchildren, Gregory, Skylar, Axel James, and Kelsie Jane. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 20 from 2-4 and 6-8 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastors Paul Hazelton and Kevin Angel officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
