(Jane) Lydia Creekmore
(Jane) Lydia Creekmore, 72, of Green, passed away October 13, 2009 with her family at her side after a long illness. She was born April 29, 1937 to the late George E. & Mary G. (Ashby) Yauger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Robert E. Creekmore; daughter, Janice Vance (fiancee, Ed Kovac); grandchildren, Lori Page (Tim) and Eric Bickler (Camille); 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Bogdanovich; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday from 4 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral Mass will be at Queen of Heaven Church on Saturday beginning at 10:30 a.m. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
