Janet K. "Kay-Kay" Hoover, 57, went home to be with Jesus on December 9, 2011. She was a member of Sawyerwood United Methodist Church, Springfield Assembly of God, and also attended Cottage Prayer Chapel of Uniontown regular in the evening. She attended weekly Bible study at William Presser Towers. She was the coordinator for Clarence May Fellowship every Thursday in her building. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Eula Mae Holden. She is survived by brothers, Chester (Grace) Holden of Florida, Jim Holden of Florida, and Glenn (Ann) Holden of Akron; children, Anjannette (Greg) Leisinger of Ravenna, and Dennis (Taunia) Hoover II of Akron; granddaughters, Jinna and Jordan Hoover, and Johnna Sheppard; special friend, George Mobley; and many other loving family members and church friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 14, at 7:00 pm at Sawyerwood United Methodist Church, 956 Mohawk Trail, Akron, 44312.
