Janet E. Molnar, 71, went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2018. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was a resident of The Woodlands in Ravenna. Janet was a longtime member of the Akron Baptist Temple. She retired from Bierce's Hardware, where she worked for many years.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Audra Molnar; and brother, Carl Molnar. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Marilyn Molnar; niece, Heather Molnar; and nephew, Matt Molnar.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, December 21 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Interment at Restland Cemetery, Brimfield.
