Janice L. Vance, 54, of Akron, passed away suddenly on June 4, 2012. She was born in Akron on February 21, 1958.
Janice worked at Fiesta Hair and Tanning for 18 years and has been employed by the Summit County Child Support Agency for the past 8 years, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lydia J. Creekmore.
Janice is survived by her, son, Eric (Camille) Bickler; daughter, Lori (Tim) Page; grandchildren, Dakota, Kayleigh, Kourtney, and Dalton Page, Devlin and Erica Bickler; father, Robert Creekmore.
Family and friends may call on Friday, June 8 from 5-8 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, June 9 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Green, OH at 10:00 AM with Fr. David Durkee officiating.
