Janice Sue Pontius, May 21, 1939 - April 24, 2018 (age 78).
Preceded in death by her two sons, Jeff Russell and Bobby Klusty; her parents; four brothers and two sisters.
She leaves behind her beloved husband, Charles Pontius, Sr.; daughters, Teri ( Bill) Dunkler and Joani (David) Marotto; sons, Richard (Pam) Klusty, Mark (Karen) Klusty, and Charles Pontius, Jr. (her best friend); many grandchildren, Megan, Tiffany, Todd, Colt, Brittani, Carissa, David, Nicole, Bobby, Jr., Nick, Adam, Luke, Mike, Christina, Mitchell, Jessica, and Grace; 21 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Eileen Ashburn and many of her wonderful forever BINGO Buddy's. She loved her family, and among many other things, she loved her Bingo!!
She was beautiful lady with a great heart!!! May God Rest Her Soul.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, where Pastor Dan Roland will celebrate Janice's life.
Family and friend are welcome to visit beginning at 12:00 PM at the funeral home on Saturday.
