JASON JOSEPH VARGO
Jason Joseph Vargo, 29, passed away unexpectedly on May 23. He was born June 12, 1982, in Akron OH. Growing up, Jason's never ending happiness flowed through every aspect of his life, especially cherishing quality time with his family. Jason proudly served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of E5 Sgt. while deploying to Iraq on four tours of duty. While stationed at Fort Lewis, Jason met Sarah, and they shared a lifetime of love in their six years together. Jason lived each day like a kid at Christmas, sharing his excitable passion about anything with anyone.
Jason is survived by his beloved parents, Steven & Josephine (Massoli)Vargo, loving grandparents Leonard & Jane Massoli and Steven & JoAnn Vargo, his dearly loved brother, Zachary Vargo, his adored wife, Sarah (Razzaia) Vargo, his cherished son, Anthony, his cousins (who he was lovingly devoted to), the family members of the Massoli, Moore, Razzaia, and Vargo families, the many friends & comrades whose lives are better since Jason was a part of, and his dog-child Tucker, who he loved.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, May 31, from 3-8 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 1 at 2:30 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, ST. JOSEPH'S PARISH, 2643 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH
