Jean Ankeny
Jean Ankeny, born December 12, 1916, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away February 25, 2009. Jean, an employee of Edwin Shaw for 38 years, was for some time the dietician there. She was preceded in death by her husbands, W.C. Caughron and Kenneth Ankeny; and son, Ronald Caughron. She is survived by her daughters, Elvie (Chuck) Berger of Akron and Myrna Whitehill of Fairborn, OH; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the chapel at Hillside Memorial Park with Rev. Jeff Gindlesberger offciaiting.
