Jean Louise (Nosel) Varvorines
Jean Louise (Nosel) Varvorines, 83, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 24, 2015. Jean enjoyed her life in Pennsylvania where she was born and moved to Ohio in 1963 to be near her mother, father, and brother who moved here.
She was preceded in death by husband, Thomas Varvorines; parents, John and Frances Nosel; and brother, John Nosel.
She is survived by daughters, Sharon (Steve) Burwell, Pamela (Shawn Bagley) Varvorines, Kimberly Varvorines, Laura (Joe) Myers, and Sheila Varvorines; grandchildren, Eugene, Terrell, April, Jerry, Angela, and Wyatt; along with several great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by sister in-law, Lois Nosel; nephews, Keith (Annette) Nosel, Brian (Melissa), and several great-nieces, great-nephews. Special cousins, Leo and Cora Bonus, and several surviving aunts and uncles. Jean had great friends and neighbors who were like family, Helen Headley; son, Bobby and daughter, Gina, Pat and Al Confere, and Cliff Carter.
Our mother had a wicked sense of humor that we will all miss. She loved all of us deeply and had written the evening before her passing, "Things are going to begin!" In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Catholic Youth Organization Respite for Developmentally Disabled, 812 Biruta St. Akron, OH 44307.
Visitation will be held on Friday March 27, 2015 at 12noon at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305 with funeral service to follow at 1pm. Pastor Rodney Pamer officiating. Interment Hillside Memorial Park.
