Jean Grace Leggett (nee Neitz), 91, long time resident of the Ellet neighborhood, gently went to the great cabin in the sky on New Year's Day. Born in 1926, in Akron, OH, to Chester and Mary Susan Neitz (nee Moore). Her great passions were Girl Scouting, being outdoors, her cabin in PA, politics and politicians - Democrats to be exact - and her family.
