Jean Marie Moore 68, of Tallmadge, passed away on February 18, 2010. She was born June 15, 1941 in Akron, OH to the late Charles and Violet Thomas. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Frank ; daughters, Lorin Somerlot and Stephanie (David) Ripley; sisters, Joan (Robert) Dragonette, Janet Thomas, and Nancy Jamir; brother, Charles (Sue) Thomas; grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah and Dylan. Jean was an Honorary member of Order of Rainbow Assembly No. 121 in Chardon, OH. Jean was employed as a receptionist throughout most of her years. She really enjoyed life, always meeting new people and sharing her love for cosmetics . She will be deeply missed. Memorial Contribution may be made to The Haven of Rest, 175 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44309. Calling hours will be Monday, 10-1 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Dr. John Schluep officiating.
