Jeanie J. Giusti

Jeanie (Parr) Giusti...It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeanie Josaphine (Parr) Giusti on October 12,2024. She was born in Akron on June 30th 1952. Jeanie dedicated her life to her family as a wife, mother, grandmother (mawmaw), sister, aunt, cousin, and was a friend to all she met.

Jeanie was married to her husband George for 46 years. They built a beautiful family and life together working through all the trials and tribulations. In the later years, they enjoyed watching the Guardians and Cavs together.

Jeanie was an amazing mother, grandmother, aunt, family member or friend, honestly if you knew her, she touched your life in someway. She was generous, loyal, strong and brave. She was very clever and could do anything from sewing a beautiful dress, build a house, to rebuilding a motor (we never hired a repair man).Strong willed and spirited with an enormous heart, she kept us entertained always.

Jeanie will be remembered for all the love she carried with her for those who proceeded her. Especially for her son Jason Rinehart; parents Dewey and Erlene; brother Jerry; sister Jannifer; nephew Danny; nephew Rick; and many more valued family members and friends who she is reunited with.

She has left behind husband George Giusti; daughters Jackie (Rinehart) Ciborek, Jessica Giusti Carpenter (William), Gina Giusti Cottrill(Justin); grandchildren Jacob Rinehart (Rachel), Justeen Rinehart, Joni Rinehart, Joseph Rinehart, Jackson Ciborek, Johanna Ciborek, Julian Carpenter (Madison), Jalena Carpenter, Jaelyn Carpenter, Jordan Carpenter, Julius Cottrill, Giada Cottrill, and Jalani Cottrill; great-grandchildren Josie, Jude, Jace, James, Jonah, Joella, and Ella;

brother Jeff Parr (Cindy) and their children Rachel, Jonathon, Sam; brother James Parr and children Jamie, James, Jennifer; niece Julie Wayman (Dennis) and their children Jeff, Josh, Liz; nephew Patrick Collins (Wendy) and daughter Aria; with many more family members and friends not listed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday October 21, 2024 10:30 AM at Nativity of The Lord Jesus Catholic Church with a burial to follow at Hillside Memorial Park. Afterwards the family invites everyone to join them for a Celebration of Life Reception at the church on Monday at 1:00 PM.
