Jeannette Anne Witter (Bogdanovich)

Jeannette Anne Witter, 85, passed away March 26, 2005. Anne was born in Akron on March 5, 1920. She lived and raised her family in Springfield Twp. for 53 years. For the past two years, she has resided at Cardinal Retirement Village in Cuyahoga Falls. Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Witter, Sr.; parents, Stevan and Bessie Bogdanovich; brothers, Louis, George, Joe, Walter, and Charles; and sister, Mary Dubich. She is survived by her children, Fred Jr. (Vicky), James, Barbara (Ralph) Mitchell, and Susan (Robert) Dargie; grandchildren, Heather, Alyssa, Wendy, Kevin, Kristi, and Marianne; great-grandchildren, Katie, Ryan, David, and Grace. Cremation has taken place. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5-7 p.m followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. In lieu of flowers, meorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 190 S. Maple St., Akron, 44302.
