Jeffrey Scott Hubbard, age 55 of Rootstown passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. He was born in Charleston, WV, the son of the late George and Gerry {Bilt} Hubbard.
Jeff will be greatly missed by his soulmate and wife of 30 years, Connie; son David (Ashley); daughters Misty (Don) and Heather; 10 grandchildren; brothers Sam (Judy), Rick (Melody), Bill and John (Becky); many dear friends and extended family members.
Jeff worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber for many years. His hobby was bird watching with his wife Connie. Jeff loved his fur babies, Bella and Blue.
Per Jeff's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeff's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. To leave a message for Jeff's family, please scroll below.
