Jeffrey (Jeff) Weyand

Jeffrey (Jeff) Jay Weyand passed away suddenly on December 11, 2020. He was born in Akron on May 12, 1966. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donna Wemyss and Thad G. Weyand; and brothers, Thad and Tom Weyand. He is survived by his wife, Denice; son, Thad; daughter, Gabi (Caleb); stepkids, Danniell (John), Sherri (Sean), Jeff (Tara), Elizabeth (David), Kristen, and Devin; bonus kids, Ashley, Amber, and Tia; twelve grandchildren. He will also be missed by Cindy, who was like a sister and Rita, a neighbor who was like a second mom, and many other family and friends.
Jeff loved his dogs, hunting, and spending time at the family farm. He also loved his career as a machinist and was employed for over 15 years at Prospect Mold. He was devoted to his family and spent several years coaching his daughter in softball and serving as a Cub Scout Leader for his son.
A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at a later date.
