Jeffrey Schutte, 44, went home to be with the Lord on November 4, 2005. He was an Akron resident his entire life. He worked at Melch's for four years and Goodwill for ten years. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father, Robert Schutte. He is survived by his mother, Betty Schutte; sisters, Bonnie Schaffer (Bill Corns), Kathy Curkendall (Chuck), and Diane Mitchell (Dennis); brother, Ronnie Schutte (Cheryl); many nieces and nephews. Jeffrey also leaves many special friends, including Gary, Roy, and Mike. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. Interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. If desired, donations may be made to Jeff's family.
