Jeffrey R. Snyder, 57, passed away October 13, 2020 after a courageous 7 month battle with kidney cancer. Born in Akron, Ohio to Gerald and Doris (Sees) Snyder, he was a lifelong area resident. Jeff was a 1981 graduate of Revere High School. He was employed by Richfield Coliseum, Tavern of Richfield, Winking Lizard, Laurel Lake and Al's Restaurant in Barberton. He enjoyed nothing more than being outdoors, doing such things as gardening in the back yard and camping.
He will be sadly missed by daughter, Cayrsten Conley; stepson, Samuel Snyder; sister, Tracey (Bill) Fertig; aunts, Linda (Jerry) Turnage, Sally (Clyde) Losey; niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family wishes to thank the Cooper Cancer Center in Akron for their loving care of Jeff.
Per Jeff's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will have a memorial at a later date.
He lived life simply so others could simply live.
