Jennifer Michelle Murphy, 45, passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2018. She was born in Akron on June 21st, 1972 to Patsy and Perry Brown. Jennifer resided in Akron near Highland Square for a short time. Jennifer was a registered nurse for over 10 years. In her free time, she loved scrapbooking, coloring, and knitting. She is survived by her mother and father, Patsy and Perry Brown; brother, Troy Brown; sister, Ginger Townsend; and daughter, Devon Wehrlin. She will be deeply missed by her only child, Devon Wehrlin; mother, Patsy Brown; brother, Troy Brown; sister, Ginger Townsend; many nieces, nephews, and friends; and beloved dog, Missy Roo. Per Jennifer's wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of Jennifer's life will be held on Sunday April 15th, 2018.
