"Romo"
As original as that name, that was our daddy
Singing Frank Sinatra on Karaoke night
Playing golf in the early light
A beer in one hand, lottery ticket
in the other
He loved everyone and their brother
So many friends at the Windsor Pub
He liked to hang with all his buds!
In 1983 he bowled a 300 game
In a way that gave him a name!
That Ruby-Ring – he was so proud
When he spoke of it, he laughed out loud
In 89 he got a hole-in-one
At Maplecrest, a plaque he won –
He made people laugh, this made
him feel good
A true comedian in every sense
of the word
He probably liked fishing
at Firestone the most
We stayed in tents not all
night, but pretty close
His love for the family is something
we all knew
But he's not necessarily the one to
tell you
He spoke a few words, at times
we know
His feelings were inside and
continued to grow
We love you, we love you
our "Romo"
