Jerry W. Davis
Jerry W. Davis, 64, passed away on September 8, 2006. Born February 24, 1942 in Sutton, West Virginia to the late Carl and Auda Davis. Jerry served in the US Army and retired from Lockeed Martin. He was a member of the Akron Turner Club and the UAW. Jerry was an avid hunter and a wonderful father. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Betty. Survivors include daughters Rhonita, Roxie (Les), RuAnna, and Kelly; sons Jerry, Kevin, Kyle, and Gary; brothers Bill, Burney, and Steven; sisters Anna Mae, Shirley, Linda, and June; and 13 grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held Friday, September 15, 2006 at 6 p.m. at the Akron Turner Club,547 S. Munroe Rd., Akron, OH 44278.
