Jerry James Slagle

Jerry J. Slagle, age 81, of Stow, Ohio passed away at home with family by his side on March 20, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jerry was born September 19, 1943 in Templeton, PA to the late Jerry and Elsie Slagle. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Fred Slagle. He is survived by his wife of 25 years Sharon Slagle; sons Jeffrey (Mary) Slagle; Jerold (Michelle) Slagle; step-sons Joseph Jr. (Dana) Cambria, Mathew Dunkelberger (Sarah); sisters Sheryl (Bill) Delaney, Lisa (Charles) Tomkiewicz; grandchildren Lyndsy Slagle, Emily Warnock, Ethan Slagle, Joseph Cambria III; great-grandchildren Madisyn Slagle, James Warnock, Gus Brömme, Elsie Warnock, Joseph Cambria IV and Carter Cambria.

Jerry retired from ALLTEL in 2000 after 44 years in the Telecom Industry to pursue his true passions of golf, hunting and fishing. He was as comfortable in the woods as he was in the Boardroom.

No formal services are scheduled.
