Jesse K. Roark
Jesse K. Roark, 75, of Coventry Twp., passed away August 17, 2007. He was born September 6, 1931 in Lego, West Virginia to the late Roy and Bonnie Roark. He served in the Air Force, where he trained airplane mechanics. Jesse retired from General Tire and Coventry Local Schools. He was a longtime member of Cathedral of Tomorrow, where he served as a Deacon, Elder, and Sunday School teacher. He was currently attending Temple Baptist Church. Jesse was preceded in death by his first wife, Vickie Roark; and brothers and sisters, Robert Roark, Natella Vollmer, Freda Roark, Ernest Roark, and Roy Roark, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Joan; daughters, Tammy (James) Proctor and Elaine (Bill) Glass; stepson, Jeff Ward; sister, Bettie (Joe) Rylant; brother, Jim (Lorraine) Davis; sisters-in-law, Mary Ward and Peggy Hosey; grandchildren, Steve Proctor, Michelle (Seth) Landesman, Brandon Dias, and Tristan Dias; and many nieces and nephews.
