Jessie M. Sutton

Jessie M. Sutton, age 96 of Akron, Ohio, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 5:50 AM at her home.
She was born on December 24, 1919 in Cass, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Edward and Sadie Palmar Paccasassi.
Jessie was a member of Steels Corners Community Church. She was also retired, after 54 years, as a waitress at the New Era Restaurant. Mrs. Sutton loved to dance the polka, go out to eat, travel, but the most important to her was spending time with her whole family.
Survivors include her children, William R. (Claudia) Habyan, Robert S. (Judy) Habyan, and Jack (Joyce) Lyle; 8 grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents, Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Sutton; and her 7 siblings.
Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 11:00 AM, where Pastor Shaun P. McNea will celebrate her life.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Steels Corners Community Church, 3996 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223.
