Jessie Walker was born May 16th 1931 in Edinburgh, Scotland and died July 16th 2023 in Akron, Ohio.
Because of her Scottish accent, Jessie was known to many by her nickname Scottie. She was outgoing, generous, and funny, and will be missed greatly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Jones and Nellie Donnelly Jones; her siblings, John Jones, Norman Jones, and Mary Jones Clark; her husband, William Walker; and her son-in-law, Richard Griffin.
Jessie is survived by daughter, Marion (Jack) Robinson; son, Andrew (Julie) Walker, grandchildren, Lorraine (Nathan) Barker and Derek (Hayley) Griffin; and great-grandchildren; Elyse Barker and Camden Griffin.
The family would like to thank St Edward's of Fairlawn for their care. Jessie has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to a charity of your choice.
