Jo Anne Wells

Jo Anne Wells, 79, of Akron, passed away June 27, 2005. In her free time, Jo Anne loved gardening, fishing, and going to yard sales. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew her. Jo Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Gorman G. Wells and son-in-law, Michael Cundiff. She is survived by her daughter, Patty (Timothy Holloway); grandchildren, Wendy (Bobby Yost) and Michael (Joanne Campbell); great-grandchildren, Tim (Amie Glover), Nathan, and Danny Mugridge; two great-great-grandchildren on the way; two sisters; a host of nieces and nephews, including special niece, Betty; and her faithful companion, KC. Family and friends may call on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
