Joanne T. Decker, age 64 of Beach City passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021. She was born in Akron on May 31, 1957, the daughter of the late Arthur and Carolyn {Teater} Barstow.
In addition to her parents, Joanne was preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Edwards.
Joanne will be dearly missed by her husband J.D.; daughter Stephanie (Jason) Dawkins; Charlie Cox, who was like a son to Joanne; grandsons Shawn and Daniel Dawkins; 2 sisters.
Joanne loved to be outside, and was quite the handy woman.
