John S. Bland
September 13,1983 - January 3, 2021
John was a lover of life and adventure, but being with his kids was his most favorite thing to do. He loved fishing with his children and brother Nick at The Pier in Florida. He also loved to play basketball. John has always been a mischievous prankster. It all started as a child when he would steal his brothers food, and breaking into the neighbors house through the dog door for food, gaining his nickname pork chop from his uncle Rick, because John was such a fat kid.
John's first love was Danueal Francis who fathered his first 3 children with. Beth referred to the two of them as Tornado and a Volcano. But their love was always remained for one another. He was a big hearted person he was always looking out for his friends and family. He was the overprotective big brother to Nick and Dominique.
John was a momma's boy, he loved his mother more then anyone could ever imagine. He would steal the moon for his mother if she wanted it.
John was blessed to have many people in his life, but most of all was his uncle Patrick. Patrick was more then just an uncle to John. He saw him as a bonus father, the one he could go to with anything and Patrick would always be there for John.
He leaves behind his parents: mother, Elizabeth Karam, and father, John S. Bland (Kitty Prater); children, Tyler, Taylor, Tyson, Khavion, Johnikah, Jocelynn, Elydia; brother: Nick Bland; sister: Dominique; bonus dad/uncle Patrick Karam (Misty); nieces and nephews, Miles, Meah, Malek, Makayla; very special granddaughter, Emory; and girlfriend Kaytee.
