John F. Muth
John F. Muth, 81, passed away Friday, May 29, 2009 at his residence, with his loving wife, family and friend by his side. He was a member of Arlington Memorial Baptist Church for 52 years and retired from RCA Rubber Co. after 43 years of service. John was also a veteran of the US Army. Preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Lucille Muth; brother, Thomas Muth; son-in-law, Wayne W. McKinney; parents-in-law, Alma and John Hutchison. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Thelma ; daughter, Karen McKinney; son, John Muth; brother, Glenn (Barbara) Muth; grandchildren, Michael Muth, Misty (Jerry) Young, Melanie (Steve) Gray; great-grandchildren, Cody, Nadia, and Melia Gray; and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to caregiver and friend, Phyllis Chapman. Calling hours will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. with a funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Matthew McDaniel officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Military honors will be provided by Mogadore VFW.
