John Joseph Madigan, age 62 of Silver Lake, Ohio, died on April 8, 2023 at his home.
He was born in Akron on October 8, 1960, the son of the late Joseph V. and Elizabeth (nee Annakin) Madigan.
John is survived by his loving wife, the former Dodie DeHass, whom he married on August 3, 1991; his children, Joseph "Joe" Madigan, Jason Madigan and Ashley Pritchett; and his grandson, Jonathan Madigan.
Also surviving are his siblings, Susan Madigan, Margaret (Douglas) Knoyer and Michael (Lori) Madigan.
Other than his parents, John was preceded in death by his sisters, Jacqueline Callihan and Anne Fassnacht.
Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305 on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
Following visitation, John will be cremated.
