John Nagy, Sr., 85, of Mogadore, passed away on August 2, 2016.
John was born in Janoshalma, Hungary on December 16, 1930. He immigrated to the United States in 1957 and retired from Herman Machine, Inc. John was an active member and past president of the American-Hungarian Club and member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church until they closed.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Janos and Viktoria Nagy; his brother, Laszlo, and his son, John Nagy, Jr.
He leaves his wife, Mary, of over 60 years of marriage; son, Robert and his wife, Claudia; and granddaughter, Natalie.
Per his request, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. A private graveside service will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to Haven of Rest Ministries.
