John Poth, Jr. "Sonny"
John Poth, Jr., 65, of Akron, passed away September 3, 2005. John retired from Monarch Teledine after 25 years of service. He will always be remembered as a loving and caring person. John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alice and brother, Steve. He is survived by his sister, Alice (Kenny) Breen; nieces and nephews, Kathy Smallwood, Gary (Rajini) Poth, Kelly Pugh (Tim Watson), Kenny (Erica) Breen, Jr., Luke Poth (Kara), Stephanie (John) Hang; eight great nieces and nephews; many special friends, including Johna, Dwayne, Marlon, and all his friends at Steinly's Restaurant. A funeral service will be held Friday at 12 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment at Mt. Peace Cemetery.
