John J. Rocco
John J. Rocco, passed away on May 23, 2007. John was a member of the United Auto Workers Local 420 and retired from Ford Motor Co. in 2000. He was an advocate of the outdoors and enjoyed all aspects of nature. Preceded in death by his father John Rocco; mother Mae Perkins; stepfather Henry Perkins; and brother Bill Rocco. Survivors include his daughter Melissa (Bruce) Donaldson of Richwood, WV; son Bobby Hastings; sisters Angeline Rocco of Florida, Colleen (Dennis) Eisentraut of Cuyahoga Falls, and Pat (Denny) Bower of Rootstown; brothers Robert (Mary)of Uniontown, David of Akron, and Larry (Terri) of Tallmadge; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and special friend Joann. Calling hours will be TODAY, 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral service Saturday, 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
