July 22, 1981 — March 13, 2019

Johnathan "John John" Neil VanBuskirk, 37, passed away unexpectedly March 13, 2019 at home. He was an amazing father, husband, brother and son. John John dedicated his time after work to his daughter's softball team, which he coached the past six years. He was also always there to lend a hand to his son's wrestling team. He was known for having a big heart, willing to help anyone who needed it. A big time sports fan, John John particularly loved watching the Buckeyes.

Preceded in death by his grandfather, Neil Crowe; uncles, Timmy Jo Crowe, Curt Crowe; aunt, Karen Crowe; cousin, Brandon Osco, he will be deeply missed by the love of his life for 20 years, Kim; daughter, Savannah; son, Johnathan; mother, Cathy Crowe; step-father, Paul Greer; brother, Jerry (Jackie) VanBuskirk; nephews, Caleb, Colin, Carl and Douglas; mother in-law, Tammy (Doug), as well as Nan and Pap; brother in-law, Dougie; special friends; Joanne Smoke and Robert "Bubba" Recklaw; several more family members and friends, including the ones in Canada.

The family will welcome friends Tuesday, March19, 2019 between the hours of 4 and 6 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron OH. Those who wish may make memorial donations in John John's name to the family.
